Fab Lab Essentials students show off new products

AVHS Fab Lab is flowing with creativity!  
These are just a few of the creative products beginning to be produced in our new Fab Lab at AVHS.  Students had to undergo a design review before displaying their new products in this photo. 


Psychology class gets STEMy - Collaboration, Communication and Problem Solving

These students had to work collaboratively to develop unique ways to develop understanding of the various senses and effectively communicate to other groups.  Collaboration and communication are key aspects of the STEM learning process.

Senators Bakk & Clausen visit AVHS Fab Lab

AVHS E3 STEM Kickoff


AVHS E3 STEM students learning to enhance their communication and collaboration skills while encountering some challenging and fun problem solving activities during their first college class session.  E3 STEM students explore STEM careers with local business partners while taking college coursework.  The goal is to inspire more young people to pursue STEM careers.  See more photos here.
